All Boat Box maintenance products include a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the performance or quality, you can return them for a full refund. Call our customer service department at 888-305-5505 to arrange for return shipping instructions and secure your total refund.

Membership

You can cancel your membership by logging into your account, selecting the membership tab, and clicking the cancel membership link. Alternatively, you can call us at 888-305-5505 to speak with one of our customer happiness agents, but they will be sad that you’re leaving.

We charge monthly subscriptions to the credit card you have on file on the first of each month. For annual subscribers, we send an invoice 30 days before the anniversary date of your subscription. You can pay your invoice online. Optionally you can convert to monthly billing by updating your membership account.

Orders

If you receive a shipment from us, that is damaged or missing items, contact our customer service department at 888-305-5505. They will help you process a replacement order or refund.

Accessories and equipment purchased from our store can be returned or exchanged. Returnable items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged and returned with the original packaging. If a manufacturer’s warranty covers your purchase, our customer service department will be happy to assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Boat Box is headquartered in South Carolina, so orders shipped to a South Carolina address will be charged the published rate.

Orders can take between 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process and ship. Orders may include multiple packages and can arrive at different times within the delivery window. Unfortunately, we are unable to relay delivery instructions to the carrier.

Our shipping department selects the carrier best suited for your delivery. Orders are shipped via ground unless you choose expedited shipping when placing your order. We calculate the shipping cost for expedited orders and include it in the total charged when you place your order.

Members receive FREE ground shipping on most orders*. Nonmembers receive Free shipping on all orders over $50.

*Free shipping is not included on individual items weighing more than 100lbs.
